Working with SupHerb Farms

• One source for every pack. Industrial bulk for food manufacturers and foodservice packs for distributors are shapes of the same product record, so the spec sheet, claims and item numbers never drift apart.
• Technical documents on the record. The current technical document is attached to the product and versioned with it. What you download here is what SupHerb Farms quality has released.
• Contract and season at a glance. Contract status and the season window come from the field and the plant, so you know when to lock in next season before your customer asks.
• Your customer's price. Signed in, you see the price agreed for the account you are ordering for, not a list price.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I not see a price until I sign in?
Prices in the Broker Portal are account prices. Signing in resolves the customer accounts you represent and the pricing agreed with SupHerb Farms for each of them.

Can I order for one of my customers?
Yes. Choose the customer account, add the packs you need and submit. The order reaches SupHerb Farms customer service with the account, ship-to and your broker reference on it, so nothing is retyped from an emailed template.

What if the pack I need is not listed?
Custom pack size, cut size, flavor or product interpretation is available. Contact your SupHerb Farms Sales Manager. Lead times and minimum order quantities may apply.

Where do the technical documents come from?
From the product record itself. When quality releases a new technical document it replaces the one here, for every broker at once.

Can I request a sample?
Yes. Ask your SupHerb Farms Sales Manager and name the product and pack.
